Return:
- Please contact us if the item has any problems in 14 days after you receive the item
- The label and serial number is required to match with our record
- Return item has to be same condition as the shipped item, we cannot issue the refund if the device got opened, changed, replaced or fixed
- Broken item, misuse or damaged by buyer cannot be returned
- Buyer will pay for return shipping fee if the buyer change mind didn’t like, mistake orders or didn’t like reason - original condition is required and we will charge for the restocking fee (15%)
- All of the accounts need to be removed and factory reset when return, accessories need to send back to us
