This is a Baby Crib Comforter Quilted Blanket.   It is white with a pink, yellow and blue balloon on it.  The ballons are puffed up and they have an embroidered string that goes down the blanket and there is a yellow bow that ties them together.   The blanket also has a satin ruffled edge on it.
