Make me an offer!  I just bought this. Ripped off the tag and hug it in my closet. Decided its not my style. Ao my loss is your gain. Super cute and flowy top with halter that has a fabric flower accent. Two button closer at neck with elastic "strings". Keyhole back. Small spot on front that i just saw. I've never cleaned this so I'm sure it would come out - obviously came from the store this way. See photos for measurements.
