These jeans are very baggy.   The Inseam shows 30 inches, but there is also 12 inches of rise, from the waist to the bottom of the crotch, so there is plenty of room.   From waist to bottom of the pant legs is about 43 inches.   So don't let the Inseam fool you. 

Measures are:

34 inch waist

12 inches from waist to end of crotch

Leg Inseam is 30 inches

From waist to end of leg is 43 inches

Each leg has an 18 inch opening. (9 inches across)
