Fred, who owned the book, did write a few personal comments in pencil or underlined favorite words on some of the poems 

This is the third printing which was July 1928

Front cover has some discoloration and back cover has some damage probably from tape. 

Binding is good 

7 1/2" by 5" 

Exact color of this book was hard to capture, more of a caramel color
