Condition: Custom created 500GB Hard Drive in an original Microsoft Halo 3 hard drive shell. The shell has some surface scratches and pictured

Not an OEM Microsoft drive inside, but is a similar brand/type used in the newer OEM models and far superior to the original drive that was replaced. This drive has an enhanced speed of 7200rpm as opposed to the 5200rpm speed of the original drive.

The drive is used and has been SMART tested for performance as passed with no issues. Reads in the console as a Genuine drive and has the software upgrade/firmware to play original Xbox games that are compatible with the XBox 360. Not all Original XBox games are compatible with the Xbox 360. You would need to research game compatibility. This drive acts and works exactly like an OEM drive or better.

Functionality: Tested and fully functional.

NOT for the Xbox 360 s/slim or E models. This is compatible with the XBox 360 Original FAT (and Fat Elite Black) Models
