We are always dismantling a huge range of Renault Cars and Light Commercial vehicles both old and new. All parts are stored in our 10000 sq ft indoor premises, our electronic stock system allows our sales team to give a full history of the part, including age, mileage and condition immediately.

We are based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, but ship our parts worldwide and accept all major payment methods including debit/credit cards. Our premises is also open to the public, but if you wish to collect a part we do ask you to phone prior to arrival as our stock is constantly moving.

Deliveries to northern Ireland qualify for standard delivery prices providing the item is royal mail recorded, if any other services are used additional cost will be applicable, if in doubt please enquire.

The rules below are a legal obligation by us, however we are extremely flexible and friendly, so if in doubt please contact us and we will gladly settle any concerns you may have. We pride ourselves on our customer service and never like to see a customer dissatsfied so please contact us with an problems / questions about a purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us through ebay messages. You must contact us prior to return to make us aware that you are returning the product. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging with original invoice or a copy of the original invoice. We will issue a refund excluding the orignal delivery charge, if the postage is free then the cost price of the postage we paid when your item was dispatched will be deducted. For goods that are not faulty or have been incorrectly purchased then a 20% Handling Fee (Plus Postage Costs) will be deducted. If goods are faulty we reserve the right to Repair or replace them.

Returned goods will only be accepted if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless pre-approved by ourselves. The returned item is your responsibility until it arrives with us, for this reason we advise returning goods on a tracked delivery service.
