I would say that this comic is overall in good condition though it has a couple of signs of wear. It has general wear, scuff marks, yellowing on the pages, there is a small stain on the N in Xmen on the front cover, and the other big thing is the back top left corner has a small nick in it that may get the next couple of pages but it is very small that it is hard to tell.
