Please study the scans carefully as they are part of the description. We do combine items to save on shipping, except in the case of very heavy items. If purchasing jewelry and light weight, small items, the first and highest shipping is charged, and any additional items purchased through use of the cart will be free shipped when combined. You must purchase each combined item via the cart, within the same day, to qualify for combined shipping free.

If instead you are buying through an auction process, you need to inform us that you are bidding further, and not pay until we send you an adjusted invoice - otherwise, if payment is made individually, via Ebay's automatic invoice notice, you will be charged that, and each item's individual shipping charge, as that is Ebay's invoice procedure.

We enter feedback after you have received your item and are happy with it.

We ship small items via First Class USPS, large items weighing more than a pound, via Priority Shipping, unless we include Parcel Post in the shipping options, which you may choose if you prefer.

OUR POLICY

SHIPPING: WE SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT Monday through Saturday (excluding Sunday) if shipment is via USPO. We ship by US Postal Priority, Parcel Post, or First Class, whichever is less costly, or whichever method you choose, and we make every effort to keep our shipping costs low and close to exact cost to ship by weight. We unfortunately are constrained by USPS shipping charges, which can be high for heavier items. Our flat rates are based on approximate cost of shipping the item. For books, we ship by US Postal Media unless requested and paid for upgrade in shipping. (Please allow extra transit time via Media Mail).

PAYMENT: For auctions, or for Best Offer Accepted, payment is expected to reach us within 2 days. If we do not receive payment within the 2 day period, we automatically relist on Ebay and submit a non-payment to Ebay.

FEEDBACK: We leave feedback for you after you have received the item and are happy with it. We request, if for whatever reason , you are dissatisfied with your purchase, to please contact us first before leaving negative feedback as we will do everything in our power to do to address your issues in a timely and satisfactory fashion.

PACKAGING: We package and wrap items with care, exactly the way we would expect anything we purchased to be packaged. Individual pieces of jewelry are bubble-wrapped for protection and mailed first class in bubble envelopes, as are other small and flatter items. Larger purchases or bulky items will be shipped in boxes appropriate to size, with bubble wrap to protect the item, and with care and consideration for safe arrival to you.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES: We are happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. Cost to ship in that case for jewelry will be actual first and highest shipping cost, with each additional item in same package shipped free, as stated in description. For heavier, and calculated listings, we combine the weight for multiple items and subtract one pound from final weight to arrive at actual cost for shipping, if that will save on shipping. Sometimes very heavy or large items cannot be safely combined. Please email us to let us know if you are bidding or planning to bid on more than one of our auctions if over more than one day time span. Should you win more than one of our auctions, please wait for Ebay's, or our invoice, which will reflect the combined shipping cost.

PICTURES: Please be sure to inspect the pictures carefully to see the condition of the item, as well as the size, either shown with comparable size coins, rulers, or as held in the hand for small items. For larger items, we will list the exact measurements in the description. Small items may sometimes look considerably larger in the picture than they actually are.

DESCRIPTIONS: We can give an educated guess as to when something was made, as we have studied over the years numbers of different vintage and antique items, but it is still only our opinion. (We are not appraisers.) If this is a critical criteria to you, please let us know and perhaps we can decide between the two of us if we are in error. Please keep in mind that vintage and antique items are used, and thus will seldom, if ever, look brand new or come without flaws.

CONDITION OF ITEMS: Unless stated as new, antique and vintage items will almost always show some kind of wear or use.We will try to indicate any obvious defects that we see. Please inspect the photos carefully to see in detail the condition of the item.
