This phone works but the screen has a crack on the left side of it. This doesn't affect the touch on any part of the screen. You can see from the pictures exactly where the crack is. To make this phone new it will need a new screen and possibly LCD which I don't know how to replace. It comes with the original box and earbuds. You'll get everything seen in the pictures. I bought it from Verizon.
