Here is an NFL Team Apparel Sleepwear Seattle Seahawks tee shirt, since it says "sleepwear" I presume it was made for that, but would be fine as a team tee anytime, IMHO.  The pit-to-pit measurement is 20", so should fit a Men's size small or Women's size medium.
