SHIPPING   

All shipping costs and fees will be the responsibility of the winning bidder. Items are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days depending on when you pay for your item. Your item will usually take 2-7 business days to arrive to your door (depending on your location). We ship through FedEx Ground.  If you are in need of emergency “overnight” shipping or 2-3 day shipping, please call for a quote for shipping at (954) 467-6755 so that we can expedite your shipping in the quickest way possible. If you live outside the United States, please call or email us and we will issue you a quote for international shipping. Please keep in mind that we do not ship any items during the weekend or regular holidays. (Example: If you pay for your item after 5:00pm on a Friday it will be shipped out the next business day not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).    

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our operating hours are from 8am-5pm EST Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that we do not work on the weekends and major holidays. If your question is not answered promptly, chances are we are out of the office and will respond to your questions or concerns the next business day. Please keep in mind that we do not ship items on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays, as we are out of the office during this time.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are only permitted if part was described improperly, or does not fit due to a listing error. There will be NO returns on electrical items so please bid accordingly. If item is purchased in error, buyer is responsible for shipping back and forth (including original shipping charges). Any returns must be submitted for our attention within 7 days of receiving the item.
