 Here is a nice group of SMOOTH 2 3/8" trolling flutter spoon blanks, they are made of Marine Brass, .025 thick and weigh 3.5g each & Nickel Plated and Polished.  These have a mirror like finish.   They require a #4 Split Ring and #6 treble hook and a little tape or paint if you like.
