Returns are accepted as long as the item is in the original condition and packaging, and the string in the header tape has not been pulled for curtain returns. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty/damaged item, please contact us within 14 days.

Returns will not be accepted on made to measure items, table cloths cut from a roll, or personalised items.
