In short this is a great little module we used to develop a mobile IoT project which was battery powered. 

We used the Verizon network, but Adafruit recommends Tmobile. All should work.

This module can make and receive call, send texts, and connect to internet sites, which is what we used these for.

You will also get a very small PCB antenna which we also used with great success.

We bought to many and there were some left over. They will come in a sealed antistatic bag.

These are not used.
