After putting the tree body and the stand together, you are supposed to fluff out the tips to give a full look at your special Christmas tree. All tips are bendable and can be set in a certain direction, normally the fluffing out procedure including two steps: lifting the top tips and pulling out the side tips.
- Easy to set up: Our tree is made based on a hinged system, the tree body is divided into 3 sections with labels on them. You could set up this tree by simply insert one of the tree parts on another. The stand can also be effortlessly folded out and connect to the tree body with screws. It is suggested to wear gloves while setting up and fluffing out, just like real spruce, the “needles” can be a bit scratchy.

1. All of our items come with a 30-day return policy. We ensure all our items are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event that you receive the item that is not to the standards above, please contact us via eBay messages. All returns should be shipped with delivery confirmation.
2. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by globalbid. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
3. All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the round-trip shipping fee. (E.g. you bought wrong model or wrong color).
