Further, the surround often determines the response of a speaker to peak signals. Serious speaker designers put much effort and science into the specifics of each particular surround. The type of material, treatment, thickness profile, curvature, angle of attachment and the exact method of attachment all come into play. There are as many variations of surrounds as there are speaker brands and generally they are not interchangeable. This sale is for 2 American made foam surrounds for your Sound Dynamics 10s speakers with Angle Attach. These foams are the correct density, weight and profile design so that your 10s speaker will function as the manufacturer intended. Not all speaker foams are equal and getting the size right is only half the battle.

NOTE: Sound Dynamics used two different styles of speakers in the 10s models, One style is angle attach and is a match for the red foam surround in this add. GLUE: Check my store for the appropriate glue for this type of speaker. "Audiodog's Nitrile Rubber or Latex Rubber Speaker Repair Adhesives" are recommended and are available in 1/2 & 1 ounce bottles.
