Refund&Return Policy

-Returns are accepted within 30 days.Any problems, please feel free to contact us by ebay message first. All email / message will be respond within 1 business day.

-We provide free Return service, but we cannot pay the shipping cost for the below Reasons:

1. Buyer changed the mind or do not need the item or Return according own personal preference

2.Items may slightly differ from photo in terms of color due to the lighting or your monitor’s display.

3. Manual measurement has been used, there may be some reasonable error

4. Choose the wrong size , type or color cause the unfit problem

5. Buyer did not know how to install or use the item

6.Find a better price.

7.The item can not fit caused by buyer mistake

-Returns for free AND or free Replacement or free parts only in condition of product quality arriving broken or missing parts and so on.

-For the quality problem or unfit problem, the problem pictues must be provided when Return.

Payment

-Payment should be completed within 7 days , or "Unpaid case" will be opened by EBAY automatically

- The item shall be dispatched to your ebay address. Please make sure that your ebay address is correct before the payment.

Shipment

-We always ship out all item in 1 - 2 business day. You are expected to get the parcel within 3-5 business days if the item is In US.

Warning: if we shipped out the item and buyer told cancel the order or change address,buyer need to pay the cost happened. Please cancel the order or Changed address before we ship out.

After Sales Service

-We are responsible for the accessories missed ( please contact us first)
-We are responsible for all losses caused by product quality issues ( Resend or Refund, please help to provide the problem pictures)
-We are responsible for for some losses caused by logistics
-We help to install the items.
