It doesn't happen often, but sometimes glass does arrive broken. We will replace any broken glass, but please inspect your shipment when it arrives.
- If something is damaged please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Truckline shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery. If you sign the delivery receipt before inspecting for damage the insurance will be void. If there is damage, please have the carrier note it on the delivery receipt before signing for it. If you cannot inspect the truckline shipment please note that on the receipt also.
