SUNDAY THIRD PAGE COMIC STRIPS

The RICK O’SHAY comic strip, created by Stan Lynde,  

and distributed by the Chicago Tribune Syndicate, was in print from 

April 27, 1958 to March 8, 1981.  In 1977, when Lynde left the strip,  

Marian Dern assumed writing duties and Alfredo Alcala and 

Mel Keefer picked up the art.
