We opened up units to verify contents, but there is no broken seal on product so these would be considered new.
These have been sitting on a shelf for years. These are AM2 socket which is considered legacy at this time, so please understand this is not "current" motherboard. This would have been current around 2006-2010 years.

We reuse many boxes and will do our best to cover markings. We use a variety of tapes.

Shipping Services:
Most small items will ship USPS Ground advantage. Some items will ship UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver. We cannot offer faster services unless you provide a label or we agree to it beforehand.
Returns:
We do not offer returns on items. However, we are willing to replace items if items are defective.
Freight Forwarders:
If you forward the order to a 3rd party, please know that we are limited in our ability to assist if the item is lost at the 3rd party location - but is marked as delivered.
We generally do not work with freight forwarders because there are many complications.
Please use the eBay International Delivery option as this protects both buyer and seller.
