If your device arrives damaged or develops a defect within 60 days, send us a message. Our trained technicians offer FREE repairs!
I want my money back, what do I do?
Starting on the day your order arrives, you have 60 days to return the device for a full refund. Send us a message and we will provide a pre-paid return label and return instructions.
Note: We do not cover return shipping costs if the device is taken outside of the United States after delivery.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders ship via FREE Fedex 2 Day Delivery from Lawrence, Kansas within 1 business day. Weekends are not included as business days. 1 Day expedited upgrade is available for a cost. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will ship out that same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST on Friday will ship Monday. Tracking number e-mailed after order shipped.
Note: Orders where the total is $750.00 or higher will ship with Signature Required on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Fedex 2 Day Delivery default shipping is FREE! FedEx Standard Overnight is $37.00.
Do you ship internationally?
We are able to to sell internationally to the countries served by the eBay International Shipping program.
Can you provide specific pictures of the exact device I will receive?
No. We have thousands of devices in stock at any given time and so providing a picture of the exact device you will receive is not feasible.
Can you send me the serial number/IMEI of a device?
Yes. After you receive your shipment confirmation, send us a message and we can provide the serial number/IMEI to you at that time.
