This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item is in overall excellent condition, as there are light nicks and scratches on the surfaces of both the locomotive and tender. Some sort of glue residue is present around the headlamp piece from possible repair by previous owner. Light dust has collected on the surface of this item, so the overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. Certificate of Authenticity is included.
