Eberline PRM-7 Radiation Meter

This is a vintage radiation meter marked Eberline PRM-7. I would describe it as "well-used' with some of the labeling worn off and a snap on the strap needs to be replaced, but this is otherwise not damaged. Does it work? Good question. This seems to pick up background radiation, but seems unaffected by low level radiation (for example, from naturally occuring zircon) that my scintillometer does pick up. I'm also not at all sure what this meter is intended to be used for. At any rate, that's about all I know. THe batteries are NOT included, and there is no internal damage from any past battery leakage. So, sold as is, condition unknown.
