the frame looking yellow is an issue with the photo's the screen border is white as normal.
Battery quite low capacity
Charging port intermittent
Screen edge backlight leakage
Sound/volume controls intermittent
body and screen in Ok condition - no cracks, touch works fine.
Still very usable if you take into account above issues.
Fully reset and not locked
Engraved with name of previous owner.
No cable, just ipad.
