Regarding Classes of Mail and Delivery Times: I check my auctions in the morningsMST. I ship the next day for any auction payment I receive before 8 am MST. Payments received anytimeSaturday and before 8PM MST on Sunday go out on Monday. If I have offered free shipping, Iwill send it out First Class (when applicable) or Parcel Post. While these arethe most cost effective, they are also the slowest method of transport.Packages can take up to two weeks to arrive within the continental US(lower 48)although usually they are fairly quick out of any holiday season. Anythingshipped Priority Mail is generally delivered in 2-3 business days, however there isno post office guarantee of this. Only Express Mail is guaranteed. Express Mail cut-off is 3pm MST. Alldomestic orders are shipped with some type of tracking information. You willreceive an email confirming your shipment and a shipping confirmationnumber.
I usethe shipping calculator so you can determine the cost of having the itemshipped to you prior to placing a bid or making an offer. Shipping is not onlybased on the weight of an item but also on the dimensions of the item afterpackaging as well as where you reside (an item shipped from the east coast tothe west coast will cost significantly more than an item sent within the samestate). Items are weighed with the box or packing material included and thereis a $1.00 handling charge. I take pride in my packaging as many of the items Iship are boxed. I use bubble mailers only when they are suitable for safedelivery, like a shirt or light clothing. I try to use flat rate boxes orenvelopes where it will save the customer in shipping.
Returns: I willonly accept returns in the case that I have made a gross error in the listing. I cannot acceptreturns simply because an item does not fit, or you do not like it.
