See photos.  Comes from a clean nonsmoking home.  Books are in acceptable condition as you can see in the photos.  A number of the spines have tape to hold them.  Old leather is dry and brittle.  We would expect more to continue during shipping.  Inside, pages are clear and clean with tanning on the edges.  Pages are well bound.  Fanning through the set, we see no loose pages.  Complete 25 volume set and an additional three books (Vol I, II, and II from the same set, just offset by a year or two).  28 volumes in all.  Detailed photos of one book indicates quality for all volumes.  Loaded with maps, many of the color of each state and different countries of the world.  Many black and white diagrams and illustrations as well.  Approx 49" of shelf space (for the set of 25).  Each book is approx. 10.5" x 9".  Set weighs approx 119 pounds.  Seller Lot #24057.
