It has a ribbed shawl collar and short sleeves with a ribbed cuff.

There is no material label.  It feels like a lightweight cotton blend.  

It has been gently worn.  Lots of wear left in this cropped cardigan.

   Back Length from top of shoulder to hem:  16"
