The outer box is Approximately 30.5 x 10.5 x 15 cm and is showing some age related wear and tear including a puncture to the cardboard, see photos.

The model's stand has a cult-like covering underneath. This is a magnet for fibers and there is some wear.

The Certificate of Issue is attached to the underside of the base, see photos.

The model is in good condition apart from some paint bobbling from manufacturing on both doors and some very minor marks to the windows, see photos.

This is a really lovely model with great detail.
