Order Processing Times
- We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not
ship on weekends or holidays.
- Standard Order Processing time: 1-2 Business
Days from date of cleared payment your item should leave our warehouse.
- Estimated Order Transit time: 2-10 Business
Days from shipment date.
- Total Estimated Delivery time: You should
receive your item in a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 15 days.

provided with a tracking number and may require a signature if shipment
is over $150.00.
- We do NOT
require a signature on shipments under $100.00 so items will be left at
door by USPS, or FedEx.
- USPS shipments are provided a tracking number.
- Once item is marked delivered by
USPS we do not refund or reship items.

- We reserve to the right to upgrade
the customers shipping, when necessary at our own expense.

Return Policy
- All items come with 30 day (30 days from the original invoice
date) replacement warranty unless advertised differently.
- After 30 days, each product carries each own individual manufacturer warranties, as offered by the manufacturer directly.
- We will not accept any item that has physical damage. Physical damage
is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we
receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the
buyer at their expense.
- If the
merchandise is defective, please contact us for RETURN MACHANDISE # for
replacement. If the product is tested defective after we received, we
will ship a replacement to you, otherwise the same item will be shipped
back and your account will be charged for re-shipping fee (should be
paid prior to re-shipping takes place) or 15% restocking fee.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, and we are
responsible for the postage for mailing a new item to you. The original
shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances,
Including DOA (defect on arrival) product.
