REGULAR DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We offer free economy shipping for all orders within the continental US. Economy shipping generally takes 7 business days, though in certain circumstances the shipping time is faster or slower. Orders will ship within One business days from the time the payment for an order clears.
A tracking number will be provided to you through eBay. To view your tracking numbers please click my eBay on the top and then select purchase history.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete, as we cannot change a shipping address once an order is placed. Orders exceeding $250 may require a signature for delivery. Please do not order items over $1000 or using UPS to a PO Box.
Expedited orders placed on a business day prior to 3 pm EST will ship within one business day of payment clearing. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you at this time. A residential or business address is required for all expedited shipments, as UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. UPS Next Day Air packages will be delivered the next business day after shipping, UPS 2nd Day Air packages will be delivered two business days after the ship date. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international shipments are subject to possible taxes, duties, and VATs. AZARTUXEDOS is not responsible for calculating or for paying such charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your local customs office will be able to calculate these charges for you. A tracking number will be provided to you through eBay. To view your tracking numbers please click my eBay on the top and then select purchase history. Please use your local postal service to view the tracking number. Once the package is given over to your country, the local postal office will update their tracking system and deliver the package to you.
Ebay AZARTUXEDOS accepts returns of new, unworn, and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be in new condition in the original packaging with TAGS intact.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning an item. Please contact our customer service department via eBay Messaging for this number and return instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and in the event of loss or damage, the customer is responsible. Items are not valid for return if any of the following conditions apply: damaged, evident wear, removed tags, an opened, or if explicitly stated in product description that the item is non-returnable.
Please allow 72 business hours for your return or exchange to be processed once we have received your package.
