Recorded in the mid 1920’s these artists were from the
Carolinas and Georgia regions in the U.S.
The country music genre became popular when the
recording executives realized that there was a vast
profitable music market that was untapped.
Most of these recordings were recorded with microphones
so that the recorded sound is very faithful to the original groups.
This music is authentic, genuine and exciting.
