This is a new pair of ROYAL BLUE Glittered slinky cropped gaucho pants.   The color is ROYAL BLUE and the size is SMALL CHILD, (please use the size chart to check size). The catalog shot shows the color accurately. The flash washed out the color in my picture.  I am showing the actual item and I have only one. The manufacturer is Main Street dancewear.
