If not, it is still locked so you need to call the original company to see how they can unlock it for you. You can use 5G with this SIM card if you have a compatible, unlocked and unblocked 5G phone AND you are in the 5G coverage area. You need to send a message directly if necessary. ACTIVATION HOURS Please check these hours every time you make a purchase since they may have been changed since your previous purchase. Please also note that the activation day does not count toward the 30 days of service. You will receive a full 30 days of service. PAY ATTENTION TO THE ACTIVATION GUIDE THAT COMES WITH THE SIM CARD AND SEND ALL
THE REQUESTED INFORMATION OTHERWISE WE WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOU TO GET THE
INFORMATION. THIS WILL CAUSE A DELAY UP TO 24 HOURS. PLEASE NOTE: 1- Requests received before and during
these hours will be processed at sometime between these hours on a first come first served basis so please do not ASAP us. We already do it ASAP. 2- Requests
received after these hours will be processed next day. 3- You will receive a confirmation message

6- In rare cases, there may be a technical
problem that prevents us to activate your SIM card during these hours. In such
