is NOT provided as there is ~$2 difference in cost and we offer you
free shipping at our expense. We would not be able to offer our discs
so cheaply otherwise.
These are preowned
discs and generally are in
acceptable
condition, meaning they are not
pristine and may have markings, stickers, scuffing, initialing,
names, scratches, decoloring, slight spindle cracks etc,
however they should play in a standard player. We try to do a good job
providing acceptable used discs although mistakes CAN and WILL happen.
ALL discs are
cleaned and resurfaced prior to shipping. This clean cycle generally
takes care of imperfections so that it can play. We process lots of
discs so for time constraints all discs are untested unless listed in
the title. We would be
unable to provide any discs if we had to test each one. If your disc is not playable
or there
are any other issues, we
want to work at making it right. Please message us. There have been
times when discs were broken by USPS during shipping by their sorting
machines despite the package being marked as non-machinable. We have
changed how we mail our discs to slim cases to minimize this
occurrence. If your
disc is broken, please contact us, we will take care of
you. PLEASE
DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. IF
YOUR DISC IS BROKEN WE WILL HONOR A REFUND AFTER
YOU SEND US A PICTURE OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE DISC. We reserve the
right to deduct the cost of the slim case of $.20 on any return as this
is part of the total sale and if functional, has been received by
buyer. This decision is made on a case by case basis. Any other problems, we will be
more than happy to try to offer an acceptable solution for you. We
respond to ALL messages within 12 hours and work hard to provide
good products, cheap prices, and excellent customer service. Again,
please don't open item not as described cases, refund requests, item not
received, or
negative feedback until you contact us. We take this seriously. There
may be bad sellers out
there, but we are not one of them. We work hard at making our customers
happy. When we have been contacted, we have always been able to provide an acceptable outcome
for the customer. If you fail to let us know of any issues prior to
doing any of the above, we reserve the right to block your account from
ever purchasing from us again. We often offer one of the lowest prices
available, so this would just negatively impact you. Since we have kindly asked, just message us, we will help you!
Lastly, we use USPS for shipping. We have found service as not being uniform throughout the country. THE
FOLLOWING IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW.
The way we ship our discs are
considered non machinable LETTERS. This has been verified by our
postmaster and is how we have sent hundreds of discs. Unfortunately, not
all post office employees understand this and at times believe they
are packages and mark them as postage due. THIS IS WRONG. I now include
a label of the rule DMM 101.1.2 E on all envelopes and this has reduced
the problem. However, if this should happen to you, the post office is
the one who has made the error somewhere along the way. We have and ARE paying
the correct shipping amounts, which includes a non-machinable surcharge
for the letter being rigid. You will have to address this with your
local post office directly as they are the ones who can fix it. If
overcharged, show the UNOPENED letter to your post office for a refund
of the overage. If you chose not to
talk to your local post office/postmaster and pay what they list
as postage
due, we are no longer offering refunds, as it is simply not our fault
and needs to be dealt with at your own post office for their error. We
will not refund any postage due. In the unlikely event your post office
still says postage due, you can always refuse and return package to
sender. We would then refund your purchase when we receive the item back
successfully. We are at
the mercy of USPS for shipping time.
Sometimes they are lightning fast, other times they are not. We do not
have any control over this. We do promise that all orders are shipped
out within 24 hours of
your purchase. A majority of discs
are delivered within 3-5 business days, however, a few on the west
coast
have taken longer. If you purchase from us you agree to not request a
refund for lost item until 5 business days after the anticipated arrival
listed in your order to allow for misrouted mail. If you want or need
this in 2-3 days, we are sorry we are unable to promise that time-frame
and would suggest looking for a seller that can offer expedited shipping
