This is an brand new and very high quality US Made Dana 41 and 44 rear axle flange or hub.  These fit the M38 and M38A1 with the brake drum on the outside of the flange.  These also fit the CJ2A, CJ3A, CJ3B, and CJ5 jeeps with the drum mounted to the inside of the flange.  These are bad about the key way slot getting worn out and or cracking. Excellent replacement item.
