Rare Japan PROMO issue CDs include additional promo text factory printed around the centre of the CD, and a small promo sticker on the back inlay or back of the obi. These are made in very limited quantity before the commercial release.

Shipping & handling rates -  Shipping is FREE to North America, Asia, Oceania, Europe and Russia. Cost to SOUTH AMERICA and AFRICA is $5 due to higher rates in these regions.
