- From the customer who declared the product damaged and it is. We do NOT resell damaged products unless we write it down in the auction.
All of our OPENBOX products are fully functional. We test them, clean them and sanitize them. ALWAYS!

We use USPS in most cases or UPS when the item is heavier than 1 to 2 pounds.

We know that shipping costs are expensive in Canada. But we've cut our shipping costs a lot by paying the difference to provide good products to all Canadians.
