DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail for delivery. Please note that neither 1st or second class postage is a guaranteed service. First class items should be expected in 1 to 3 working days and second class is usually between 3 to 7 working days.
If you need anything urgently we can offer express delivery which is Royal Mail Special delivery and is guaranteed to arrive next day.
For international orders we use Royal Mail Standard airmail. Please note there is no tracking available with this service. Royal Mail aims to deliver across Europe within 3 to 5 working days and 5 to 7 working days for the Rest of World but please note this is not a guaranteed service and especially during busy times can take longer. In some cases up to 5 weeks.
We can offer a tracked international service which is available as an upgrade at checkout.
