  • About the needle length:

After assembling the tattoo cartridge needle, the needle length must be adjusted first. Please make sure when the tattoo pen is at rest, the needle tip should not exceed the cartridge tip, otherwise, it will easily damage the skin while tattooing.

  • About the tattoo ink:

Why did my tattoo pen stop working after several times use?

Why my tattoo pen is dirty inside?

That is the lubricating oil we applied to inside the tattoo pen in order to reduce the damage caused by the friction of the parts. It is not dirty.

Why my RCA cord doesn't fit the tattoo pen?

The RCA plug will become loose because of long-term use. To avoid it falling off from the tattoo pen while tattooing and to extend the life of the RCA cord we designed a more compact RCA plug. When it is new, it sometimes will be too tight to be plugged into the tattoo pen interface. You can slightly pry it with a hard object.
