I may elect to send items under 1 pound via 1st class mail to save you shipping expense. But,

I generally ship my fragile items via USPS Priority Mail, which includes limited insurance.

Anything over $100, I insure out of my pocket.

I take a great amount of care wrapping up my items to ensure that they arrive in one piece.

There are times, however, that despite my best efforts and the cost associated with packing items securely, an item will arrive damaged.

The responsibility for making a claim ultimately is with the seller. However, it is up to the Buyer to provide multiple pictures of both the damaged item and packaging.
