Her next stage of recordings was for Columbia, beginning in 1915 and ending in 1916. One record was made for Okeh in 1921. Then 3 more sides were recorded for Edison Diamond Disk in 1923
Anna Chandler died at age 73 in El Sereno, California.
This CD presents many of her Edison and Columbia disc recordings. There were recorded during the Ragtime era. Her voice recorded well for Edison both on cylinder and disc. There is an intensity in her singing and her style is very entertaining. All selections have been digitally restored in 2023 by Vintage Recordings. Additional songs have been added in this release.
