Condition: This vintage book is in used condition and shows some wear. The cover has a 2" tear along the top edge (both front and back cover). There is a small "15" written in pencil on the front cover and some general wear to the corners and edges.  The flocking is mostly intact, but has some fuzz stuck to it throughout and seems to come loose easily. The pages inside are in good condition. No smoke or mildew smell.
