The cover is in great shape due to the shrink wrap still on there 

The disc has some surface marks on side 1

i tested it and it played fine (a little bit of a digital filmgrain effect for less than a minute) barley effects the picture, you can see tiny little green box's fall from the top (matrix style) ITS VERY FAINT

Nobody noticed but me 

But i've been looking for stuff as i test/watch all my laserdisc's from beginning to end
