Acceptable Condition. Significant wear on the cover, sides, and surface of the pages. Some parts of the gold details on the cover are chipped/faded. The gold on the side of the side of the book is also faded. Surface of the pages have foxing and discoloration. First fly leaf page has an indentation from previous writing in pencil that has been erased. Pages are in readable condition. Please refer to photos.
