All remotes we sell are OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and not reproductions or generic.

We only sell remotes that are in excellent condition and test them as best as we can, including making sure they are transmitting a signal. However due to the variety of systems, it is not always possible to test every single feature.

Should there ever be any issues, all remotes are returnable within 30 days.

Remotes are not shipped with batteries unless otherwise stated.
