Bestinc guarantees that all products we sell are brand-new and high-quality. All products are strictly inspected and passed ISO9001/TS16949 certificate, packed with strong boxes before shipping to our customers.

The one-year warranty is provided. For any defects found within the warranty period, we will provide a one-time replacement or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser, if the product is used on non-commercial vehicles under normal operating conditions. Warranty related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures or Video. Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed. 

Limitation of liability:

We will not be liable for any damaged caused by normal wear and tear or to products that have been altered, modified, improperly installed, used in applications other than their original intent, and damaged due to vehicle modification or accident. All costs associated with the installation, removal, and replacement for the defective parts are not included in this warranty. No reimbursements will be given for the delay, labor, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.

We ship most orders within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Free UPS ground shipping is offered within the lower 48 states. 

PO Box is undeliverable due to the size of some products. Please ensure a valid physical address is provided. We are not responsible for addresses that are incorrect or undeliverable.

Please double check your shipping address before you place the order. The buyer will be borne with the fees associated with changing the address or package return caused by wrong address.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that:

• are in their original packaging
• have not been used, installed, or disassembled
• are not damaged due to improper installation
• do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

We will issue a refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements. We only provide prepaid shipping labels for those returns caused by our error or defective product. All other situations will result in the subtraction of the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the full refund.
