Good condition. Front cover has a piece torn off at top right corner. Vertical creasing on front cover near spine, slight staining to front cover. 1/2" tear at top of spine/back cover. Edgecurl to top right corner of pages, first few pages have a few chips there as well. Tanning to inside front/back covers. Pages all clean and unmarked. Binding tight and square. Red coloring to text block edges as manufactured.
