This is particularly useful when the battery is located further away from the charger, such as in larger vehicles, boats, or where access is limited. The cable is 16 AWG (American Wire Gauge), which is sufficient for low voltage applications like battery charging and maintenance. It ensures adequate current carrying capacity without excessive voltage drop over the 10-foot length.
