The Wheel & Tire Store does not ship to PO boxes or non-confirmed addresses. We want to ensure your merchandise reaches you safely!

Return Policy

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Customer is responsible for return shipping, and must contact us regarding the return within 14 days of receiving merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in the exact condition it was in when it left our warehouse. No exceptions.
If your merchandise appears to have been damaged on its way to you, send us an email about it ASAP!

If the product itself is damaged during shipping, The Wheel & Tire Store will issue a prepaid label for return shipment, and we'll replace the damaged merchandise.
